The Plan Going Forward

Hey All!

We did it! We got this book funded and THEN some! This is gonna be amazing, people! 

What We Accomplished

In addition to getting the corebook funded, though, we also unlocked the following books:

• PTG2E Companion - More options for the game
• Outsiders Guide - Monster manual and rules to play as Outsiders
• Beyond Worlds - Info on other worlds and how to tell stories with them
• Mythic Echoes - Includes info on Angels, Giants, and Dragons +

Every backer will get these sourcebooks in PDF form, and the hope is that you're excited enough about them that you'll want the print as well. I know I am. 

Backerkit Goals

One thing I'm doing differently with this Kickstarter is to allow stretch goals to extend into the Backerkit. That means, any additional funds raised through Backerkit will go toward unlocking hopefully even more sourcebooks and materials for everyone. For instance, at $5,000 in Backerkit, we'll be unlocking the Adventure Anthology. And so on. 

Backerkit should be up in a bout a week, and will stay up for 3-4 weeks after that, so there's time to hit those I think. I'm excited to see how much we can unlock on the back end, and see if this will be an ongoing thing that Third Eye Games will employ in future Kickstarters.

Details on Beyond Worlds!!!

Hey All!

We just reached $32,000, which means we unlocked Beyond Worlds! Here's a bit about that sourcebook. 

• Chapter One - One of Many Fate: Setting chapter that gives more insight into the cosmology of different dimensions/realms.
• Chapter Two - World Long Lost: Gives a run through on what happened to some of the known mythologies and their lost realms, like Olympus or Asgard, as well as many others you might have not ever thought of. 
• Chapter Three - The Old Gods: Talks about the old gods who are still kicking around and how they may operate today if they were ever to return. 
• Chapter Four - New Mechanics: Expanded stuff for traveling between divine realms, new rituals, new Outsiders who serve the Old Gods, and info on how to create your own divine realms. 

I can't wait to get started on that book, but I'm always looking toward the next one. And in this case, if we hit $38,000, we'll be unlocking the Adventure Anthology book, which will be 5 interconnected adventures to be played within Part-Time Gods Second Edition. Each of them can be plays separately, but if run concurrently, it creates one overarching story. Amazing potential to be had with that, so let's try our best to hit that goal ASAP!

Additional Add-Ons

Hey all!

Just want to call your attention to the new add-ons since we’re going into the last day. For all the add-ons, it is $15 for an additional PDF or $30 for an additional print copy (except for the corebook which is $20 & $50).

Right now, we have: - Part-Time Gods Second Edition - Part-Time Gods Companion - Outsiders Guide - Mythic Echoes (which is where we’ll find the angel, giant, and dragon expansions in one book) - Beyond Worlds (we’re so close to the goal, so just added it.)

Outsider Guide Details

Hey all!

I wanted to come on here and share some of the information that will be included in the Outsiders Guide book, which will be unlocked when we hit $26,000 (we're so close)! 

• Chapter 1 - Looking In From the Outside: will go over the origins of Outsiders and what it's like living in this world as one. 
• Chapter 2 - New Outsiders: This is a lengthy pat of the book (over 1/3) that will provide backgrounds and stats for around 40 new Outsiders (even more than what's included in the Part-Time Gods Second Edition corebook). Man... that's a big number! 
• Chapter 3 - Becoming an Outsider: This chapter (another 1/3) will give full rules on how to create Outsiders as playable characters. This is something I've wanted to do in PTG for a long time, and I'm so glad to finally be able to tackle this. 
• Chapter 4 - Pucks, the Ultimate Outsiders: Yes... we are devoting a who chapter JUST for Pucks, since everyone hates them and they are my favorite enemy to use in my games.

Principle Writing on PTG2E Complete

Hey Everyone! 

With 4 days to go, I thought I'd post an update to let everyone know...

The Manuscript for Part-Time Gods Second Edition is 100% Complete!

Next step is to send that manuscript to editing and see what comes from that stage. May require some rewrites, additions, etc., but it is very exciting to be moving on to the next phase in the process! That puts us one step closer!
